Radar Privacy Policy

Last updated October 4, 2026

Acme Radar connects over Bluetooth to the radar you pair, such as a Garmin Varia, and reads the distance and speed of approaching vehicles along with the radar's battery level. These readings are shown on screen while the app is open and are not saved.

Your radar's Bluetooth identifier is stored on your device so Acme Radar can reconnect to it automatically. You can forget the radar at any time in the app's settings.

Acme Radar doesn't require an account or login, and it doesn't use your location or Apple Health data. It makes no network connections, contains no advertising or analytics, and collects no data — nothing is sold or shared with anyone.

You can turn Bluetooth access off anytime in iOS Settings. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device.
